Our Family

The three pillars upon which most of our beliefs rest are Faith, Family and Country.  Although all three are a part of our belief system there is a decided hierarchy. 

  1. Faith in God - We believe in the Judeo-Christian God which is explored in greater detail on our Faith page.
  2. We believe in a single monogamous family unit.  Although not always possible given our culture we believe it should always be our primary goal.
  3. Support of our country and the ideals of freedom upon which it was founded, not the politically correct claptrap that has co-opted the concepts of freedom.

 Each is an important pillar of belief, but must not impinge upon the predecessor.  If my country abrogates my family or my faith then I must work to change my country or conscientiously object to the rule of law insofar as it prevents either family or faith.

Family, although second on the list is not more important than faith.  Jesus said, "Anyone who loves his father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves his son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me;

Does this mean we should turn our backs on our family?  No, it means we should not allow our family to cause us to turn our back on God.
